Individualized Home Support (IHS) is a type of residential service where a staff person provides support to you in your home or your family home and in your community according to your person-centered plan.
How is IHS typically staffed?
IHS is not a 24-hour support. The number of hours you qualify for is based on your level of need and funding
IHS could include in person and/ or virtual supports based on your needs and your person-centered plan
